Jorge is an experienced Project Manager and Consultant who has led project engagements in delivering business, brand and technology consulting and implementation services to clients from prominent multi-national corporations, small and medium sized business, government agencies and non-profits. Jorge has worked for international organizations such as the United Nations Development Program, as well as notable Philippine Organizations such as Unilever, GMA Network, Toyota Motor Philippines, Department of Science and Technology, Philippine Central Bank, and many others.
Currently, he works as Project Manager at LWS Media managing various technology and BPO projects for its US clients. Prior to joining LWS Media, he has been a Project Manager at Zallas Technologies and Division Manager at IT Group Inc. where he heads the KCRM and Web Applications Group and is responsible for its strategy and operation. Jorge has also worked as Project Manager at Ecommsite Solutions, a systems integration and consultancy firm, and has line experience as an HR Officer in a BPO company, IT firm, and a university. Some of the projects he has led include the design and development of a Customer Helpdesk System, Enterprise Content Management System (CMS), Online Bidding System, and Ecommerce Portal. He has also experience in leading implementations of CRM, Document Management System, Intranet and Extranet Portals, and eLearning Systems. His expertise is in Systems Design and Implementation, IT Project Management, and Training and Organizational Development.
Jorge has a degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and has taken graduate studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. Jorge is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
